When can I visit the farm?Stone Spring Farms is a working farm and active events venue. Because of the nature of our business, all visits to the farm are to be arranged by appointment. We also want to make sure that when you visit, a member of our event team is available to open up the barn, provide accurate information, and assist with any questions you may have. How many guests can the farm accomdate?The farm can host up to 275 guests.

When is your event season?Our event season runs from May until October.

Are tables, chairs & linens provided?"We have 30 round tables and 300 chairs, 10 high-tops, and a variety of rectangular tables that can be utilized. We do not provide linens.

What time can the bride and groom be at the barn on wedding day?10 am is the time that the barn is open for set up. Our staff needs time to prepare the barn for your day. We do a fresh cleaning each wedding day morning.

How late can my event go?Music needs to be wrapping up around 10:00p, guests will need to be out by 10:30p, and all items will need to be out of the barn by 11:00p.

Is it okay for guests to leave cars overnight at the barn?No, they will need to be cleared out by 10:30p.

Is alcohol permitted?Liquor and alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises. All alcohol must be provided by you or a caterer and must be served by a certified/licensed bartender (along with other state regulations).

Am I required to purchase insurance for the day?We do require single day event insurance be purchased to rent the venue. You can purchase insurance either through your insurance agency or online.

Where can out of state guests stay nearby?The nearest towns for lodging are in West Hamburg and Fogelsville. Please refer to the Google Maps below and click on view larger map (in upper left hand corner) for more detail. <iframe style="border:0"></iframe>

Can we have our dog in our wedding ceremony?We do allow dogs at the venue to take part in wedding ceremonies. However, there are a few guidelines that we require. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and need to be picked up after. All non-service dogs must be taken off of the property after the ceremony and photographs are over. They cannot stay for the reception or meal.
